A documentary commissioned by Be Local and the Northern Colorado Food Incubator on the evolving Permanent Farmers' Market in Fort Collins, Colorado

 


INA MAKA O TIPI - "LIVING WITH MOTHER EARTH"

A documentary that investigates the political and economic intersections that have shaped land-tenure for the past 120 years on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota and how those policies have fractionated the land and alienated the Lakota people from their land-base. This film seeks to demystify the process of reclaiming Lakota lands from the BIA leasing system helping to return the balance between economy, ecology, and culture. Commissioned by Village Earth, also thanks to a grant from the Indian Land Tenure Foundation.

ANARCHY IN THE USA: A SURVIVAL GUIDE

Documentary dealing with real stories of self sufficiency and how to be autonomous within the United States. Dealing with earth-ships, windmills and solar energy, worms recycling, dumpster diving, and Native American cosmology.
